newberry
I have Spectraview II software (v 1.0.42) and an NEC 2490WUXi display (with a Mac Pro). I've found conflictinginformation on best settings to use (gamma, white point, contrast, etc.). Anyone have any suggestions? Goodarticles/faqs/resources on this topic? My main use is photographs for both print and Web.

newberry
Thanks for the response. Do you have an opinion on where to set contrast ratio?

benny_spinoza
I use the print standard.tgt. It has D50, with a gamma of 1.8. My prints match my monitor. My monitor is 2090UXi, not as high-end as yours, but probably similar but smaller.
