Setting for Met 58 as slave to 7D

<p>I don't do this very often, so I'm not sure I have this correct, and the Metz58 won't fire.</p>

<p>So can someone using real American, not Japanglish, explain to me how to set up my 7D to fire my Metz 58 as a slave.</p>

<p>Step 1 - do X<br>

Step 2 - do X</p>

<p>etc.</p>

<p>Do you mean English? I don't think American is a language unless you're referring to native American tongues. Last time I read the 7D manual it was simply presented in American standard English, albeit spartan as bloody hell. Neverhteless, you'll need to read the German-glish manual to set the Metz 58 as a slave. Canon has no say in that matter. I spent 10 seconds with google and and found ample Canon USA video tutorials for major features:</p>

<p>Sounds like a West Coast accent in the tutorials. If you want Japanglish, try the google translator...</p>
