shari_alovera Posted March 5, 2004 Share Posted March 5, 2004 I am a 10 year veteran for a company that pretty much had lights and technical lab side of things...done for me. Yes... I know about lighting - gray cards, etc. Well..now that I am finally on my own.. I have entered the world of digital. Now I have more things to worry about...and I just want to start shooting. There has to be a person that can come over to my studio and assist me in setting everything up. I have Herff Jones Lab. Need white balancing and all that wonderful stuff ... dave_schneider Posted March 6, 2004 Share Posted March 6, 2004 I'm not sure what you are asking. Do you need someone to come and point the lights, adjust the ratios, etc so you can shoot portraits? What type of photography are you doing? Do you need a local source for repairs? There are several good professional photo dealers in town and a few lighting repair shops.
