Senior Shoot (my second)

This was my second senior shoot. I have the photos here on my blog and would love some suggestions or critique about these images.
I am always looking for more posing ideas, too. I've done lots of engagement shoots and I find it's much easier to find a good dynamic with two people than with just one. That's been my main challenge with seniors...only having one person to work with, try and get them to look natural, etc.
My equipment if you are interested: Canon Rebel XTi (400D), Canon 2.8 17-55 USM lens, and all natural light.
Thanks in advance. I know I have a lot to learn.

Have you tried using reflectors or considered getting a flash for fill? Many of the pics would be cute except the lighting is so flat, or she is backlit and you can't make out much of her face. A single flash unit (off camera especially) would do wonders for you once you learn how to use it. There is a lot of good info here: http://strobist.blogspot.com/
