Selecting in Raw Camera

Some body tell me how could select a part of an image when I work with a raw file in Photoshop CS4. How could I use some thing like 'magic wand' to select in raw Camera page?

 

Use Capture NX2. You can do that there.

 

Mark, that program only works with Nikon raw files. What if he doesn't use Nikon?

 

It would be helpful if Mohsen mentioned what kind of RAW files he's talking about.
