NK Guy
Yes, I am actually trying to track down a fungus-infested lens for a project and have thus far been unable to find. If you've got a fungusy lens, particularly if it's got really obvious spiderweb patterns across the surface of the glass, and you don't know what to do with it please let me know. justinblake
Heres an old Konica on ebay which boasts fungus. http://cgi.ebay.com/KONICA-I-50-3-5-HEXAR-GLASS-HAS-FUNGUS-106841_W0QQitemZ120194954328QQihZ002QQcategoryZ15236QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
NK Guy
Thanks! I'm actually looking for a lens with a moderately wide diameter (eg: a 50mm lens from a 35mm camera system) so the fungus is visible. A rangefinder lens built into a camera is a bit difficult to get at.
mark_wilson4
Darn. That rules out my shower curtain.
