Scheduling software for a retail lab

I manage a retail photo lab and am looking for some software advice.

Our main concern is accurately scheduling time for our Noritsu printer

so that we can maximize the ammount of orders done each day without

over-booking.

Currently we use an old software program that is more or less

adequate, but not as easy to use as I'd like. Also, it only opperates

at one workstation. I would like something we could use at multiple

workstations on our network so the folks in the lab can inspect,

correct or adjust the schedule if neccessary, while the employees

working with the customers can access it from both of our POS

worksations in the front of the store. We need the program to allow

us to define a list of services, the time it takes to perform the

task, and let our workers easily input the work into the schedule.

The owner of our store is a capable Access programer, but she is so

busy that I'd hate to add this to the list of things she has to worry

about. If there is something available that is reasonably priced I

think it would be worth it for us. Does anyone know of any existing

programs that might meet our needs?
