robertshults
...apparently some unscrupulous elf filled old man's sleigh with a number of counterfeit Sandisk CF cards, and one of them got delivered to me. Feel free to email me if you would like more information on the original source. Santa did come through, however, with a Slik Pro Pod 381 and a copy of Minor White: Rites and Passages. Former P.N Member
Why don't you just post the original source? Makes no sense to me to keep it secret except by private e-mail.
robertshults
Since I have no direct knowledge of the seller's conduct and intent, and wish to make allowances for the possibility that this individual might have been deceived himself, it seems prudent to communicate privately regarding this matter. at
Sandisk seems to have suffered from a long history of counterfeit cards. I have three...never bothered to check if they were "real" or not. Lexar seems to be excempt from this. This just might sway potential Sandisk buyers to lexar (have a couple of those too). Buy from reputable sources is all I can say...but then again I think I read that Best Buy was a victim of this as well.
