steve_johnston4 Posted March 1, 2016 Share Posted March 1, 2016 <p>My printer has just started leaving rubbing scratch marks on 13x19 and larger prints, just in the lower left 1/4 of the paper, about 1" X 8-9". It does not scratch until after or while the print head makes its pass. It looks like it may be the print head wiring harness racking across the paper. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
