Rolleiflex 3.5F JT

Dear All

Quick search here and couldn't find an answer. I have been offered a Rolleiflex 3.5F which also has the initials JT nect to the serial number. Is it correct that this indicates a model exported to Italy? If so why the letters JT? Is this model any different from the standard 3.5 F version?

I think you're right. It looks like the capital I in the Ihagee logo engraved on Exaktas and Exas.

Usually, markings like this are for import control, makes it easier for stores and Rollei service centers in Italy to determine if they were sold there, and hence had warranty service there.

Thanks so in other words exactly the same as the 3.5F sold in Germany. Not changed or adapted in anyway ?
