He said digital is the future. He had seen it and it was just around the corner. Nearly twenty years later we are starting to feel the waves, the movement that something really is just around the corner. But it is not the demise of photography as was prophesized, but the genesis of a world that sees visual imaging/photography in a new light." * * * * * Mr. Huntington Witherill - November 5 and 6 Photography in the 21st Century With a solid background as a "classically" trained black & white landscape photographer using a view camera and the Zone System, Witherill will trace his divergent path of 33 years photographic experience, which has taken him from early conventional landscape images through a significant transition in both tools, and techniques to a visual "re-awakening" within the age of digital photography. * * * * * Ms. Elizabeth Opalenik - November 19 and 20 Polaroid SX-70 Manipulations and Handmade Books This lecture is for photographers and artists alike that wish to learn all the possibilities of working with the Polaroid SX-70 manipulations.
