I guess there is only one thing you guys are interested in:The guy from Leica gave 2006 as a THE date for the digital M. He said that while he was presenting the Digilux2 and a R9 talking about the digital back. Personally I was there to get a M7 in my hands. Although I had a look and short use of one a while back, I am astonished and somehow confused just HOW different it is from a SLR system. At the moment, just now, I think I like it. ._._z Posted March 11, 2004 Share Posted March 11, 2004 They only just decided to make the camera, apparently after getting last-minute pre-announcement info about Epson's announcement at the PMA show. So of course it's going to take two years. By then Epson will have a second version of their camera, maybe two bodies at different price-points, with two years of manufacturing/marketing experience behind them.
