Return to B&H for repairs

  1. In October, I had to return a used Sony lens I bought from B&H for repair (it didn't work on arrival.) Have contacted them 3-4 times via live-chat and e-mail, but never got any progress updates or ETA. They only told me the lens was sent to Sony for repair.
    Anyone has a similar experience? How long did you have to wait until you have the lens back? Thanks in advance!

    Henry Posner is usually helpful. However, if Sony is actually repairing the lens, you really need to check with Sony, perhaps through B&H. There could be various possibilities, e.g. Sony repair is very busy, they could be on parts hold .... Not sure Henry can directly give you an answer.
