Previously there was a "Report Spam" option, but now there is just a Report option which has a daily limit. I believe the "Report Spam" went to the forum moderator(s) but if the spam is across multiple forums, having a daily limit using "Report" is less than helpful if that's still the current process https://www.photo.net/discuss/members/nencinenci.10935025/ I already reported the user from the user page.
