asher Posted February 22, 2009 Share Posted February 22, 2009 <p>For anyone interested, I've "discovered" that putting a body armor rubber skin on my 5D is a relatively easy way to reduce the shutter volume. Also helpful is using a solidly-constructed lens (e.g. metal mount rather than plastic mount). There are of course downsides- the rubber skin makes the controls on the body feel less responsive and adds a slight amount of bulk, but if you're shooting in a quieter environment it's not a bad solution.</p> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
