bobbollinger
My Pentax rebate checks arrived today for a lens and a flash. I bought the equipment a week before Christmas and mailed off the rebate forms about 5 weeks ago, just within the 30 day window. Checks arrived today, no problem. They are not in envelopes and almost look like junk mail. If you are worried about getting your rebates, take heart. Looks like they are truly sending them out on a more or less timely schedule. michael_kuhne
I have received numerous Pentax rebates for lenses and a camera over the last several months. But just in case, I always make copies of all paperwork I send in.
andrewg_ny
I also just received what appears to be a rebate check yesterday as well for paperwork submitted shortly after Christmas for lenses. -Andrew

ripley
Did anyone purchase the $200 combination rebate?.. The K100d plus the DA 50-200 lens plus the AF-360 Flash? I am planning on buying the camera with the kit lens and the 50-200 lens, for a $150 rebate. I wasn't planning on buying the flash, but I keep thinking I should take advantage of that extra $50 rebate while I can. On the other hand, I haven't used my "big flash" on my film Rebel for a long time. The on-camera flash suffices for most of my needs. Decisions, decisions. josphy
It really irks me when they send the little postcard cheques that almost look like junk mail. I have to assume they are counting on a certain number of people throwing those away without realizing what they are. I almost threw away one from some Fuji DVDs one time. I think the point is, if you are expecting a rebate, make sure to carefully look at all of your mail including what you assume is junk mail.
