todd frederick
I mentioned this earlier. I obtained a Konica IIIA in exchange for a family portrait shoot. I took it out to shoot some b/w and the camera is awesome. I'm posting a few photos I took yesterday with it and a photo of the camera. I would like you to share some photos you have taken with unusual rangefinder cameras.<div></div>
todd frederick
Sorry about the image size. I reduced it. I would like us to share all kinds of different rangefinder images with a bit of data.<div></div>

michaelging
Todd , I think you have a very good camera there.
todd frederick
I apologize. The above photo has a 510 pixel long dimension. I am a moderator on filmlives and we don't have a limit, but I don't know what happened here. This is the photo of the camera I used and I checked the size, but who knows? If you have some sample photos from various rangefinders, it would be interesting to see them.<div></div>

todd frederick
Michael, I agree. This will be my main b/w camera along with my M2. Maybe I'll just leave the M2 at home. (*V*) This Konica is really a very fine camera. Thank you for your comment. This is one fine camera and I think if you can find one, buy it. This is an Export Edition with a 50mm f/1.8 Hexanon lens. Konica also had a home model with a 45mm f/2 lens. The "export" edition is very fine. PS...I took these with Kodak 400CN Pro and the drugstore lab could not scan it to a CD, but only give me negatives....their CD burner broke down!...so, I scanned them myself...I think they look very good and they print good as well! Again...thank you. Todd
todd frederick
I'm going to try this photo post again. It is 510x335 @ resolution of 72 for internet posting. I hope it comes up. I like this photo. It shows the accuracy of the focus and the beautiful out-of-focus bokeh qualities. This is a sweet gem of a camera.
todd frederick
Oh well, it didn't "pop-up!" even at the low res! Please share some of your RF experiences, especially those non-Leica photos, and post some, please. Blessings.
michaelging
Todd, You have to be sure and add a caption, or the photo shows as a link, no matter what size it is.
mharris
Thanks Todd for posting those. I just bought a Konica I that should be here tomorrow and can't wait to try it. I was bidding on a II but lost out. My I has the Hexar lens and MIOJ on it. Your shots look great.

Karim Ghantous
That's a nice looking camera. Good stuff! How much are they worth nowadays?
todd frederick
I've been posting photos here for years and I forgot the caption! Duh. I checked the completed prices on the auction site and the price is about $200+/- That's more than I thought it would be. It's amazing how good the photo quality is with these older cameras. Thanks for the samples.
