domenicopescosolido
Hi, I'm starting to use the Hahnemuhle FineArt Pearl 285g and I would like to know if I have to use the thick paper option or not and If it's a paper usable with photo black ink only or it's possible to use also the matt ink and, the last, if I have to use Luster paper or Semigloss paper in the Epson driver. Thanks
debra_gillilan
Domenico, I used the platen gap set at widest and got no tracks there. I have not used the paper with matte black ink. I used media type semi gloss per the Hahnemuhle handling instructions at: http://www.hahnemuehle.com/media/downloads/62/Print_Instruction_Epson.pdf Debra
thomas_schnaidt
This is really a question. I am using the R2400, and thus far have chosen the Hahnemules brand as my favourite paper, but am really wanting to start using profile specs geared for the actual papers. I have downloaded paper profiles for their line, but can't figure out how to install them so that I can choose them while I am in my print windows. I do not currently use an RIP, I am strictly using the epson print drivers that came with my machine. That is probably my issue, but I need a little help confirming what my options are. I would prefer not to have to spend the $$ on a RIP, but that seems the only obvious option. No? Thanks for your help. Tom
