sam_ginger Posted April 23, 2007 Share Posted April 23, 2007 I use winkflash for a long time to print my 6" by 8" photos from my Nikon D200. I am happy with their quality of prints and price (79 cents per print). I didn't have any problems before. Recently I placed a few orders to print 6" by 8" photos (jpeg). I think they have some technical problems. After 5 days one of my orders (2 prints of the same file: one glossy, one matte)has been canceled by winkflash because as they say:" file is corrupted". Then I repeat this order, but place as two sepatate orders: one-glosy print, one - matte print from the same file. I've received matte print in a two days, but they say that file for glossy print is corrupted or "may be some other problem". The file is not corupted because they printed matte photo from this file. They'll re-send it for print. It was about week ago. As of today the status of this order is still: PRINTING. My another order (6" by 8", glossy, 10 jpeg files) which I placed more than week ago also not ready yet, and it looks like has the same problem. Do you experience any problems with winkflash? Do they have problems with prints 6" by 8" on glossy paper? I love their quality of prints and would like use their service. Thank you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
