Gerald Cafferty
Hi Michael, here's a go. Pushed to extreme in LR then opened in Color Efex Pro, added Nature and Foliage presets...................You've sorted uploading high res source photo's.
michaellinder
GC, without doing something like a funky abstract, I don't think there's a lot of potential variety here. You really brought the colors and colors to life. Here's a b&w version: conversion and adjustments in Silver Efex.
Ken Ratcliffe
Hi Michael, thought I'd have a quick go. Light and colour adjustments in PSE 14 and one filter added. Like the composition so no cropping.
jpalmer57
Tried reducing saturation a little, reduced highlights and shadows a little, clarity and cropped just a little to remove the bright areas on top. Used LR.
Glenn McCreery
Late to the party again. I started by selecting tonal values within a range of 35 of a selected point on the left leaf using "magic Wand" in Photoshop CS5. Then pasted the selection on a blank canvas. I then cropped and flattened the image, played with various settings in ColorEfex, and finally used one of Topaz Simplify's "painting" settings to arrive at the final result. . This is a good image to play with, since there are so many possible approaches.
