tom_r
Bill inspired me to try a B/W version also. I converted using the Black and White Infinite panel plus a few curve adjustments.

michaellinder
I prepared several versions earlier today and didn't bother to list my steps. I do know that I used PSE2020 only. (1)

Glenn McCreery
I started by leveling the water line and then attaching a horizontally reversed image to the end of the original image in Photoshop CS5. Then I changed the dimensions so the image was square, inverted the image and converted to polar coordinates to produce a "little planet" effect. Finally I added a star field as a background. Another fun image to play with! Edited September 16, 2020 by Glenn McCreery
