Oops...the time expired for editing my post. Thank you for the practice.

 

I used a sketch program (Akvis),Topaz Simplify and then back to Lightroom to crop. Selecting the sea gave me an excuse to try Lightroom's graduated filter using the new range masking options (color and luminance) so I could next use the white balance/temp slider to add the blue color to the water. It’s a good trick for skies too.

Initially, used high key filter in Color Efex. Then, converted to b&w using Silver Efex, followed by adjustment sliders to slightly temper the very bright whites in the top left and to increase shadows, and then a control point to add selective color to the floats in the center left.
