Post Processing Challenge April 17, 2021

  1. There are no rules as to how you apply your post processing to this image; but, please let us know what you have done so we can all learn.
If you would like to post a candidate image next week, please ensure it is of sufficiently high resolution for manipulation by the participants (3000px on the long side, 300dpi for example).

Most of all, let's have fun while we are learning or demonstrating how we use our post-processing software, imaginations and interpretations.

  2. What a great image! I tried to enhance and not over-process, but I'm not sure I succeeded. Dang, Punta Colorada--once again you justify your nickname with an awesome photo.

  3. Levels and channels blues.

  4. Duplicated image twice. Exposure adjusted +1 & -1. HDR'ed them
  5. A little cut, paste, invert, blur, and border. The Atlantic ocean is rarely this calm and reflective.

  6. Using Luminar 4, I straightened the horizon, then using the Landscape Enhancer I Dehazed, added Golden hour color, and Foliage Enhanced.
  7. Quick one from me - selectively brightened and added contrast and saturation.
