Portfolio Site Help?

<p>I apologize if this is in the wrong area of the forums!</p>

<p>Currently I use 4ormat to host and show my pictures in and as a digital portfolio and it works fine.. however, I recently found another site that I think I'd like much better but it's more expensive. I am still building up on both my portfolio and clientele and don't know if paying for the more expensive one is worth it and I feel that it may not be a great idea to go from one site to another?</p>

<p>I would suggest creating your own website. I use 1and1.com as the host. I get unlimted storage, unlimited traffic for $9 USD per month, with discounts if you buy 24 or 36 months in advance. The web servers are replicated and have automatic failover.</p>

<p>I use jalbum to create the web pages, it automatically uploads the pages to the web site for me. It has dozens, probably hundreds of templates.</p>
