mark_satola1
I'm sending a double pack of expired but viable Polaroid Spectra film from the U.S. to a friend in Canada and am concerned about the possibility that there might be X-ray damage to the film, or something else just as disastrous. Can anyone advise? I figured I'd ask here before talking to the clerks at the P.O. who probably aren't familiar with such issues.
john_a5
I don't think they x-ray packages routinely, if at all. The only issue I would wonder about it customs, where you might find some issue, but probably not x-ray there either. I send film by FedX throughout the states and I know they don't x-ray, that is why I send it with them and not express on an airliner, counter to counter service--that gets x-ray'd.

patrick j dempsey
I order Polaroid film from B&H all the time, and have received packages of expired Polaroid film from other countries. Heat damage is probably a bigger problem.
