Almost none compared to a cheaper set of radio triggers like YN RF603s or 622s. Radio triggers in general have greater range and reliability than optical (infra red) triggering. I believe the speedlights you mention are already radio linked. So no advantage in using separate triggers However, unless you buy e-ttl compatible triggers, you'll lose TTL metering and the ability to set power, etc remotely from the camera by using added triggers.
