ed_tobin
I will be in vegas on business and have a little time to walk around but not enough to drive. I just read that the Bellagio hotel has a Conservatory & Botanical Gardens that is open to the public. I would like to bring a tripod to shot from but I am not sure if they will allow that. Has anyone been there and what has been your experiance. Thanks--Ed
rana_dayal
No tripods allowed....period. Also don't even show your camera (even a P&S) around the casino...or Bellagio's Beetle-Browed-Bruno would like a little talk with you.
eye-of-searle
No tripods and alot of people cluttering compositions. I actually got away with a monopod but I went early one morning when there was hardly anyone around. I think around 7:30am or 8 maybe. There were still people, but only a few compared to the hundreds a few hours later. The water fountains are the coolest thing at the conservatory and gardens. I am not sure if they are on all the time in morning but they were when I went. You might want to check before hand.
