Photo exhibitions in London?

Hi,
As I am planning a weekend trip to London in the beginning of March, I wonder if anyone knows about any photoexhibitions that are on and that I shouldn't miss. I wanted to see the Leibovitz exhibition in National Portrait gallery, but I understand that is ending quite soon, so I will miss it in March.

London always has lots of exhibitions going on covering photography, art of all kinds. In addition to the big name exhibitions like the Annie Leibovitz exhibition there are also less widely advertised events and also commercial galleries - spaces for photographers to sell their work .
There's this :
http://www.southbankcentre.co.uk/minisites/rodchenko/index.html

The South Bank (Festival hall, Hayward gallery, etc) often has photography exhibitions so worth investigating in detail : For me the Hayward Gallery tends to have the most consistently interesting work but here is the home page for the whole thing.
http://www.southbankcentre.co.uk/

and there's this :
http://www.photofusion.org/gallery/photography/exhibitions/current/default.htm

and these examples of commercial galleries :
http://www.photonet.org.uk/
http://www.london-photographic-awards.com/index.php

and also :
http://www.kodakexpresscamden.com/Photographic-Exhibitions.htm
There are probably loads more in small galleries around London which you may only come across nearer the time.
Have a good trip!

Look at these

www.hoopersgallery.co.uk

www.atlasgallery.com.

www.hackelbury.com

This last currently has a Michael kenna show, though its unlikely to last till March.

There are also galleries that most often display other forms of art that run the occasional (and very good) photography show. For example in December Flowers on Cork Street had an exhibition of new work by Robert Polidori, and their Flowers East branch in Shoreditch has a very good show of Edward Burtynskys work right now. The point here is that its worthwhile having a general look at the main commercial galleries just before you come to see what their plans for March might include.

Finally check out the websites of the main auctioneers, Sotheby's, Christie's and Bonham's. Its not unusual for there to be a sale tat includes photography and which has a pre-sale viewing.

I went to the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition at the Natural History Museum. Well worth 6 GBP. Go when it's quiet.
Also the photographers gallery is worth a dip. I haven't seen their new location.

Excellent help guys! Thank you very much for taking the time to find all these links. I suppose it might be a bit early for all these places to present upcoming shows in March, but I definitely know where to start looking and planning my way around London.
I'll bring my own cameras of course. London is such a great photo location :-)
