Photavit camera counter reset

Any one knows how to reset the Photavit camera counter to zero ?

It looks like that the Photavit camera counter cannot be reset, it goes around from max of 25 , the next frames become

0, 1,2....etc. keep on going in circle

There's a small lever just above the P from Photavit on the top plate (see photo), push it towards the back of the camera and the counter will wizz back to 0. If the lever isn't there, you may have a 828 film version.

On my Photavit, this lever is almost invisible, hence never aware that there is a counter reset lever

I see on your Photavit, the viewfinder eyepiece lens is missing. My Photavit had the viewfinder eyepiece lens, but disappeared and cannot be found.

I now use it without viewfinder.

I found my Photavit eyepiece, it is hidding under my laptop

The eyepiece is a small loup about f=20mm, you may replace it with a small glass loup, stick to the back of

viewfinder with a drop of crazy glue

The eyepiece is simply slide into the back of Photavit viewfinder, without any thread, hence easily pull

out or drop out and lost.

After cleaning the eyepiece lens, I put it back with minimum amount of white glue
