Pentax 645NII MLU Test

  1. Since its introduction in 1984 there has been a debate as to whether the Pentax 645 really needed mirror lock up (MLU). Owners said it didn't because it featured a superior mirror braking system, while pundits said that it did.

With the introduction of the new 645NII, which does feature MLU, it's now possible to settle that debate.

  2. I should have added that I mention this here in the Pentax 67 forum
because of the number of people that use the 645 as a second body on
    the 67 systems.

    one. Thanks for sharing.

  4. excellent article. makes my decision on whether i get the 645 or 67 a little harder. Also with the chance that the 645 will be digitally compatble in a few years mmmmmmm
