allan_poker
Hallo. i am thinking about purchasing Parker j Pfisters actions. Does anyone here on this forum use them?. what do you think about them? Are they worth the money. I am wondering if he uses them on his own images. I had a look on his web (under recent weddings - the coupple on the beach -very vintage look) and i am wondering if this is his own actions used on these images or if this is kind of random applied PS - texture, vingetting , lens blur and so on. thank you for any help - cheers . anthony_r
I have not, nor would I ever, purchase actions from anyone. You are the only one who will be able to judge whether or not they are worth the expense to you. If you are at that novice of a level with PS, there are plenty of other buttons you can push yourself that you will most likely be as happy or more happy with after a little experimentation. patricklavoie
As Anthony said, i never bought any action, i create them. Depending of your level of knowlegde in PS it could be a good idea, but if you consider yourself intermediate...do them yourself; buy some good book on effect and voila. Recording action is really easy, push the record button and everything will start.
