bernard_frank
The other day, I posted about my stupid mistake of not noticing that the film had broken lose from the spool and opening the camera with the film still on the receiving spool. I'm happy to report that I could salvage the first 24 photos of the 36 exp. roll. Not that bad, considering. So, to those of you who might do the same thing, process the film anyway. You never know. And thanks again to those who encouraged me to do just that.

terence_spross1
I've owned Minolta cameras, but one reason I would have liked a Canon Rebel is the method of winding out the roll initially and then as photos are taken they are wound back into the cartridge, Therefore opening the back never ruins more than two photos, the one just taken if not wound and a little felt bleed into the previous frame.
