Paul Lewis1664881697
I saw this device highlighted in Photo District News... it's a macro light for use with the Olympus Pen accessory shoe. It has two LEDs, both on flexible arms. I would really like something similar (two leds on arms) that has its own battery source. Anything else out there? Could I make a mount for it and feed it whatever DC voltage it requires? I't be fine to buy one of these and modify it.
http://www.olympus.co.uk/consumer/21693_accessory_mal-1_macro_arm_light_23953.htm

Paul Lewis1664881697
The more I think about it, the more I think I should make this myself. Are white LEDs daylight balanced or do I need something specific?
