jim_jones3 Posted December 25, 2010 Share Posted December 25, 2010 <p>It looks like it was designed by merely an engineer instead of a photographer. Leicas and even most copies were more elegant. Despite the tiny viewfinder and inconvenient bottom loading, the screw mount Leicas were easy to carry and a delight to use. Build quality was legendary. My 1938 Leica G worked up to a few years ago, and probably would work again with a CLA. My two Canons from the 1960s already need a CLA, but won't get it as long as the newer (1970) Leica performs well.</p> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
