fred_moore
Goin to Holguin, Cuba next week, would love to try some nude shots or semi nude on the beach....Anyone know if one can be arrested for such a thing?<div></div>
v.anisimov
<<...paedophilia, eliciting prostitution or other "crimes" against decency and morals...>> RM - why did you put "crimes" in quotation marks? Just because Cuba is a communist country doesn't mean their laws are crook! Does your [democratic] country condone any "crimes" on your list? jwenting
many communist countries are overly puritanical, enough so that a swimsuit calendar can get you in jail for attempting to bring pornography into the country. At the same time nudism is often accepted and practiced by (relatively, compared to the west) large portions of the population. Of course photographing nudists is frowned upon worldwide, especially doing so without explicit permission (which you're unlikely to get, especially if you're not a member of the particular nudist group). aaron l
You'd better check on their laws. You can very well be arrested if you don't have the proper paperwork. It's the communist way. Don't mess with them because they'll make you suffer and not make what you think you'd get out of it worth it. A Cuban jail would NOT be fun.
