vrankin
These are all great! Let's keep doing this about once a week. Starvy, sheepishly I believe that the lens on that shot was a $35 ebay wonder - a Tamron AF 80-210 3.5-5.6.
ironmaidon
I agree. I would love to see this happen atleast once a week if not more, and i love all the photos so far. Think im starting to get "lense envy", although it could just be "skill envy".

Every Sunday or Monday? (end/beginning of week in my mind). Wouldn't be able to participate every week, but would still be nice to see everyone elses shots.

samn
Is the Sony/Minolta user population so small here that we can only get eleven different images? And, what does that tell us?

I'm not shy, here is a street shot from a couple of weeks ago.

ricardovaste

And, what does that tell us?

I'm not sure really, what do you think? Some, who shoot film, may have much more difficulty uploading images. The rest, I'm not so sure. I think a lot of people enjoy talking about photography gear, more so photographs or taking photographs... that doesn't bother me though, there are people like that everywhere, not just in photography. Whatever makes you happy I guess ;)

A snail-trail, took a week ago (i think) processed a couple of days ago.

(sorry -- too many words?):

Stop searching for something to complain about - this is clearly a photo orientated thread, nothing more. If you want to discuss a photo, there isn't a moderator around that is going to stop you.
samn
Not complaining Rich, just trying to create some posts and interest. Legimate questions though I think. Like your images, especially the first one. The second would probably be much better at 700 px, the size that Photo.net recommends uploading as. Looks like it has great light and texture.
