Matt Laur
Important: please keep your image under 1000 pixels on the longest side for in-line viewing, and please keep the FILE SIZE UNDER 300kb. Note that this includes photos hosted off-site (at Flickr, Photobucket, your own site, etc). Are you new to this thread? The general guidelines for these Wednesday threads are right here:http://www.photo.net/nikon-camera-forum/00W7km. This forum's moderators are allowing up to three Nikon Wednesday images per week, so share some work! A wet Monday morning in downtown DC, but that doesn't stop the news crews from having to set up an elaborate stand-up in front of various federal buildings so they can be on the scene live for all of 10 seconds. A lot of hurry-up-and-wait in that line of work, at least for the producers and camera guys. The talent showed up in an Uber, stepped over and read her lines, and then hopped back her next ride - poof! Makes still photography for its own sake seem utterly effortless by comparison. Spend any time shooting in the rain lately? Let's see some photos on this Nikon Wednesday.

JDMvW
What film was that shot on? It was High Speed Ektachrome. I didn't start shooting C/N films until I was transitioning to digital scanning and a digital camera in 2004-5. This is a crop from a larger angle image.
