<p>Hello Nikon folks. Hope some of you were better prepared and more conscientious about your Super Moon evening than I was. Actually, it was morning - went out just before sunrise and shot handheld at 200mm just for amusement. I ended up enjoying the foliage in the way more than I did the moon, since I was without some big beastly glass. Let's see some winners! Or, whatever else got in front of your camera.</p><div></div>

<p>My supermoon was clouded out (except for a blurry version that I didn't deign to photograph), so you've still got my holiday snaps. But by the time I got to Bryce the sun was setting, if that's any relation to the theme. I'd forgotten that Bryce faces east, so this may not have been the best time for it. I hate that sat nav...</p><div></div>

<p>A slightly less gravelly bit (at least when sunlit).</p><div></div>

<p>And to be more on theme, here's <em>a</em> moon. After lots of similar pictures of Bryce, one of the more spectacular things was the impending thunderstorm in the sunset (from the upper look-out at Bryce). It kept tracking us as we drove back.</p><div></div>

<p>Moon over east Baltimore from Federal Hill. Due to the weather forecast, I had to take the photo the night before the actual "Super Moon". I think maybe the sky was still too bright and the location could have been better...</p><div></div>

<p>Time flies. My daughter turned 13 this past Thursday. Here we "see" my wife and Bagheera delivering her cards and presents. In reality, Bagheera is stealing the card.</p><div></div>

<p>It was cloudy and foggy for the days of super-moon so I'll just show a photo of golden leaves just a few days ago.</p><div></div>

<p>The sea was calm but there was enough wind to see some sailboats. I just caught a close encounter.</p><div></div>
