For those of us in the Mid-Atlantic (and especially you poor saps in Georgia and the Carolinas), it looks like we're in for another solid dose of winter weather. Hope the devastating ice storm predicted for down south doesn't amount to what's forecast, because that sounds truly awful (but photogenic!).<br /><br />Since I'm sitting here doing some post on weather-related video from another project, the weather crisis news coverage inspired me to grab a couple of screen shots from the footage that's rolling past on my display.<br /><br />First is a shot from outside one of the client's greenhouses on a cold, windy day. I'm pleased to report that the D600 rig did well in 15F, though I went through batteries pretty quickly. OK, so most people will be posting stills that started as stills, but I have to say that the D600 makes some very nice video when you use it carefully.
