Important: please keep your image under 700 pixels on the longest side for in-line viewing, and please keep the FILE SIZE UNDER 300kb. Note that this includes photos hosted off-site (at Flickr, Photobucket, your own site, etc).

Are you new to this thread? The general guidelines for these Wednesday threads are right here: http://www.photo.net/nikon-camera-forum/00W7km. We're still testing out the idea of allowing members to post up to three images per week - let's see if that's still feeling like a good idea.

Hello Nikonistas, and a good Wednesday to everyone. Though we're still exploring the up-to-three images option for those in the mood, I'm just posting the one today. Still working my way through post on my Uncle Bob wedding shots from a couple weeks back. The groom's young cousin was on flower-girl duty, and I got her gazing at (of course) a bouquet of flowers held by a bridesmaid. Nothing like some outdoor light for such an occasion. Had your Nikon gear out for a formal affair? Share a photo (or three!).

00aq1z-497055584.jpg.e75559b34402c719342014e48fdc0380.jpg

I got a new-to-me toy the other day, just in time for the San Francisco International Dragon Boat Festival. I didn't quite have the vantage point to get great shots of the races themselves, but I got a few interesting shots of the folks on land. The saturation and sharpness are absolutely unreal. In fact, I ended up using Adobe's D2X "mode 2" process.

Hello from Candiac Quebec. Jose C - very colorful outfits; John R quite the zoom there; Richard V nice lighthouse image - just to mention a few. A favorite spot of mine in Candiac is a waterfront park and I got these shots just after a big rain storm.

00aq36-497063684.jpg.119a4a77a19bd3b23ce215740e0a1bc1.jpg
