paul_gruener Posted December 15, 2002 Share Posted December 15, 2002 Nikon TC20E vs. TC20E II - and difference? Hi, I have a 400 2.8 AFI lens and the TC14E. I have found that this combination works well. A year or so ago I rented a TC20E and found there was some loss of sharpness with my lens wide open and that the image were nice 2 stops down. With the new TC20E II did Nikon change the optics?Has anyone tried it, does it work better then the original AF 2x converter?Any idea who I could contact that would know, if you don't?
