Shun and Todd, I notice this has been tagged as "uncategorized." I probably should have put this in the General Photography (non-Archived) form but didnt think of that until later. I see no reason to archive this and would just dump it in a few more days. Sorry if is or was an inconvenience. I just dont visit the General Photography form much anymore.

Thanks for doing a great job. All the best,

Thanks for the tip. One good reason to archive this thread would be

that this site <span style="font-weight: bold;">finally</span> provides

an online source of freely downloadable .pdf manuals for (I think) all

the current Nikon bodies. Check out the support section at <a

href="http://www.europe-nikon.com/support/">http://www.europe-nikon.com/support/</a>

and search for the camera of interest. Note that the US models N80 and

N65 (etc.) are the F80 and F65 (etc.) in Europe. If the search fails,

try URLs of the form: <a

href="http://www.nikon-euro.com/kdb/download/manuals/film/F80rm.htm">http://www.nikon-euro.com/kdb/download/manuals/film/F80rm.htm</a>

or <a

href="http://www.nikon-euro.com/kdb/download/manuals/film/F100rm.htm">http://www.nikon-euro.com/kdb/download/manuals/film/F100rm.htm</a>

etc.<br>

Thank You Richard!<br>

<br>

I noticed a "Request a manual" link at...<br>

<br>

<a href="http://www.nikon.co.uk/customer_services/" target="_new"><u>http://www.nikon.co.uk/customer_services/</u></a><br>

<br>

...but I thought it would be hard copies by mail. I was able to

down load a Nikon F5, FM3a and F100 manual using the "Imaging

Knowledge Database" page found here...<br>

<br>

<a

href="http://www.europe-nikon.com/support.aspx?countryId=20&languageId=22"

target="_new"><u>http://www.europe-nikon.com/support.aspx?countryId=20&languageId=22</u></a><br>

<br>

Ive had the F100 manual for a few months but havent

found the F5 or FM3a manuals before. I did not find an F80 manual

at the link above but I did find it at the link you gave.<br>

<br>

Thanks Again,
