krish_k
I have difficulty with flash setting for the Nikon D70 when taking portraits in bright light, such as when using fill-in flash to get rid of harsh shadows in bright sunlight. The Auto flash feature prevents the flash from firing when the light is bright. Is there a way to force flash in bright light? Thanks,
arnabdas
Just press the button to pop the flash up and flash will be forced.
dennisprice
I may be mistaken, but I think you need to be in P, S, A, or M mode to force the flash in bright light.<div></div>
walterh
Well if you go manual and underexpose the flash will compensate. Perhaps not what you want but you may not want to overexpose either?
