OK Here is mine:<br><br>

<b>Camera/lens:</b> Yashica Electro 35 GS/Color-Yashinon DX 45mm f/1.7

<br>

<b>Film/dev:</b> Ilford HP5 Plus @ 800 + Ilford DDX

<br>

<b>Exp info:</b> Shot wide open (i think) in aperture priority mode.

The light was so low that I had to adjust the horizontal orientation

of the cam so that the street light falls on the non-TTL meter of the

cam. Flare could have been avoided/minimized, but I decided to keep

it. Shot handheld.<br>

<b>Time/place:</b> Around 10PM/Toronto (East York), ON

ok, folks -- I am really, really happy we have such a huge participation but I will have problems to disply all of your images in the gallery. Here's what I'll do -- I only use first three of your uploads for the digital gallery to solve the problem. And your uploads to photo.net as much you like -- sounds good? thank you so much all.

London (in case you had a doubt ;) -- Canon 10D w/17-40mm L lens, f/6.3, ISO 200 @ 1/13 sec., hand-held (yes, call me crazy).<div></div>

maria - sorry i missed the 'limit 3' post. you certainly do not have to use any of mine. just nice to get them out there.

I thought those were the rules, up to only three submissions for each person. Somebody cheating?? (Haven't parsed everybody's pics yet)

I missed the "3 Per Person" Rule as well. Sorry guys.

 

I must say though, that everyone is getting such good stuff out here that I wouldn't mind seeing everybody's best!

I really wanted to enter a Leica shot, but I don't have the time to scan the four negatives and develop the five that are sitting here behind me :(<BR><BR>

So, here's my film entry. Rolleiflex, Schneider-Kreuznach Xenar f/3.5, TMax 400 in Diafine rated @ ISO 800, hand-held.<div></div>

Canon PowerShot G5. Photographed in complete darkness. 15 sec. exposure. f/8 ISO50. Single handheld flashlight as only light source. Completely unmanipulated. Straight from the camera.<br><br><br>

I do not understand where I should post, so I will post here. The camera is minolta autofocus something (I do not remember because I borrowed it for that day). The lens is a standard very cheap zoom lens 28-100 wide open. There was a festival. When is the closing date of the contest so I can post other photos???? <p>

Looks like Al Kaplan just hit a homerun! Amazing picture!

I agree with Bee, Al's photo is amazing but I don't understand the homerun comment, looks more like a 1950's B-movie, The Night of the Living-Dead Camera.
