The old dianas have no problems with loading or advancing the film and indeed no light leaks. I have two new dianas, one the flash model, the other just plain jane. Each of them has problems when advancing the film, I believe the film spool is not held in place properly and twists when winding the film. This leads to hard film winding and light leaks from the back flexing. I've notice the design is different between the original diana and the new lomo dianas for holding the takeup spool in place.
