new Brownie Collector: First cleanup...advice?

I just purchased a Brownie Reflex Synchro Model today...

(for $2.75 plus about $4-5 shipping-did I do ok?). It looks to be intact, just dirty. The metal around the front is tarnished, etc.

Any advice on cleaning? Should I clean or is the older, tarnished look more desirable on a collectible?

To clean camera I use a cotton bud dipped in Armour All to clean the

dirt off cameras. This is what I usually do and it seems to work, But

try a little bit first just in case. In the case of the Brownie Reflex

if this does not work,the metal underneath the front laquer where the

name of the camera is, might be corroding. I have also seen some of

these cameras with yellow face plates, which I do not know if that is

standard or not, or have changed colour over time. Most are a silvery

metal colour. Anyway Good Luck...
