gt1
How does the New Answers feature work? I use Unified View and after being away from the computer all weekend I logged in and had, say, 50 threads to read in the 5 forums I follow. After reading a few, without logging out, I went back to Unified View - New Answers and I was down to just a few unread threads, all the ones that I was looking forward to reading were no longer showing up in New Answers. Browsing through my forums I've found a few of threads that I hadn't read but without going through them all, I'm going to be missing out on interesting info unless someone posts a new answer. So, how does the New Answers view get reset? Is it a cookie based on login times?
joshroot
It is based on a cookie set when you log in. But the cookie seems to reset itself randomly. It is high on my list to re-tool the "new answers" feature.
