While this may look like a studio shot it's actually shot outside using a Nikon SB-24 flash head into a LumiQuest Ultrasoft modifier, used as the background, and remotely triggered with a radio remote. A 12mm extension tube was added to get closer focus.

 

A few shots from this weekend.

 

Flowers are sometimes difficult to get in focus with a point-and-shoot. This time I got it.
