A rice field burning in Colusa County Northern California last Friday. I didn't know that burning rice fields is a normal thing. I live in an area with almond and walnut trees and farmers burn their accumulated trimmings and dead trees placed in burn piles. I saw this and said to myself "thats a really big burn pile." The color of the smoke is strange also. Sony a6000 Sigma MC-11 adapter Sigma 17-50 2.8 ISO 500 f/11 1/1000
