Dennis Pitt ( A.P. ) is a Psychotic who acts as a covert CIA operative. He recruits Sue Ann ( T.W. ) and the plot unwinds. I first saw the film on Film Four about 7 years ago - it's now out on DVD via Amazon. A classic film that has not aged.
